When we met the other day I mentioned that in our deap: tch to the Governor of Hong Kong in reply to his desputch No.59 of the 20th March we had in mind to include suggestions for consideration based on Allen's coments regarding
(a) the most quitablo person to hold a watching brief for labour interests on the Port Comittue for the time being and (b) the question of what Unions might most suitably provide a representative of labour a little later.
